Free tier: Content generated on the free tier is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Pro and Unlimited plans: You own the rights to content you generate and may use it commercially, subject to the limitations of the underlying AI models.

ai88.dev does not claim ownership of content you generate using our tools.

5. Usage Limits

Free-tier users are subject to daily generation limits. We reserve the right to adjust limits to maintain service quality for all users. Abuse of the service may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

ai88.dev is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to: loss of data, business interruption, or content quality issues.
